Finance Business Partner (Real Estate)

**Client Details** A US listed Real Estate company with a pan European focus is recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join their Central London team. The company is a market leader in their niche sector and is both innovative and state of the art in their approach to business.

The position is predominantly business partnering whilst also providing financial analysis of key decisions and financial perspective on the developments where appropriate. This position gives total autonomy over your own portfolio of developments within the UK. Through this, you will be responsible for maintaining the project budgets, forecasts and reporting for a mixed portfolio.

**Profile**

- Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) - Proficiency in Excel and Word - Experience/interest in the Real Estate sector - Understanding of job cost/project accounting
