Interim Finance Business Partner

Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting for an interim Finance Business Partner. Our Bristol based client is a not for profit organisation. This post is a 14 month fixed term contract to provide maternity cover.

As they grow, this Finance Business Partner role will be critical in providing strategic input and communication across the organisation. You will report to the Head of Finance, with your key responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Lead on the production of monthly management accounts including budgeting and forecasting. - Provide support and guidance to Senior Management, Stakeholders and the wider finance team. - Supporting the multiple areas of the business by working collaboratively with budget holders and aiding decision making processes. - Coaching and working together with budget holders to build the financial capability across the organisation by ensuring regular communication.

The successful candidate will like be a qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CCAB) accountant. You will be a confident communicator as a Finance Business Partner and have experience of working with finance and non finance staff. You will have proven experience in leading in monthly management accounts including budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Ideally you will have experience of working within the not for profit sector. Previous use of Dynamics GP is desirable.
