The Role As a Service Charge Accountant, you'll perform a range of accounting activities for a portfolio of properties. You will also oversee a small team of more junior Service Charge Accountants. Working closely with the Service Charge Accounts Manager, you will: - Complete credit control, accounts payable and treasury processes for your portfolio - Ensure that departmental KPIs are met - Oversee the preparation of financial information summaries, including year end accounts - Liaise with Property Managers regarding any accounting matters About You To join us as a Service Charge Accountant, you will need: - Service charge experience - The ability to support junior team members - A meticulous approach - Strong communication skills Ideally, you will be part or fully AAT/ACCA qualified, but this is not essential. Experience of Propman software is also an ; Other companies may call this role Accountant, Client Accountant, Service Charge Accountant, Accounts Team Leader, or Service Charge Accounts Supervisor.
