# FINANCE MANAGER

My client, a top sports firm is looking for an energetic and immediate Finance Manager to join teir team on a temp to perm basis. The role will report directly in to the financial controller and will have previous management experience with a media/sports back round.

**Your new role**

- Manage the daytoday financial operations - Processing Payroll - Preparation of monthly financial reports - BAS Preparation and lodgement - Manage all statutory and taxation matters

GST, PAYG, payroll tax, income tax, annual declarations etc - Monitor Budgets - Forecasting - Clearly and professionally communicate financials - Maintain companys assets, as well as financial policies and procedures - Preparation of annual budget

**What youll need to succeed** The successful candidate have a Bachelor of Accountancy or Business/Commerce (major in Accounting) or be working towards CA or CPA. In addition to this you will have;

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), 3+ years PQE - Confidence and gravitas in working with and challenging senior management - Sports or Entertainment background preferred - Strong written and verbal communication - Prior management experience - Must have a passion/hunger for working in the football industry - Experience needs to be focused on the Accounting and Control side, and not FP&A. - Advanced Excel skills - Managerial qualities - Good communication skills, both written and verbal
