**Service Advisor** Up to £25,000 per annum Full time - Monday to Friday Gloucester Initial temp role - permanent opportunities
**We are looking for a Service Advisor to join a well-established industrial based client in Quedgeley, Gloucester.**
We are looking for candidates who can start immediately on an initial temp basis with permanent opportunities to candidates that impress. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation in the area.
This role will be the first point of contact for both customers and engineers.
The successful candidate will be joining the Service Department who ensure timely fulfilment of customers' needs whilst providing a first calls level of customer service.
**The duties of the Service Advisor:** o Field incoming service requests and technical queries via telephone or email. o Scheduling Engineer Attendance - Commissioning, Servicing and Repairs. o Communicating with Customers - bookings and relevant documentation. o Promoting the business, building positive relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience. o Communication with Engineers - Confirming Workload and issuing reports. Checking parts/stock. o Service Support - Checking engineer reports prior to issuing to customer. Preparing quotations for remedial works. Completing Sales Orders to ensure prompt invoicing. Creating Pro-forma invoices and obtaining payment. o Parts - arranging for components to be sent to engineers/sub-contractors. Assisting in managing returned items. o Pro-active office based sales and promotion of service packages.
**To be successful in this role you will have:** o Customer centric. o Commercial mind-set o Excellent organisational skills o Excellent Communication; oral, verbal and written o Excellent time management o Flexible and adaptable to change o I.T. Literate o Team player o Works well under pressure
