This 9 Partner practice who are based in a modern office within a short walking distance from Chancery Lane Station. The firm has undergone a number of transformations and acquisitions to become the respected firm it is today.

This Corporate Tax Adviser will be assisting the Senior Tax Advisers within the Transactional Tax team in all matters; this will include:

- Responding to both clients and colleagues with regards to any adhoc corporate tax related queries that they have on a daily basis. This will include: - Reviewing corporation tax computations both for accuracy and to ensuring that all planning opportunities - Preparation of R&D and VGTR tax claims - Assisting with the preparation of advisory reports and memos - Researching technical tax issues and explaining findings in a clear and concise manner - Preparation of HMRC clearances

Qualifications, Experience and skills required

- Ideally ACA or ACCA - Strong corporate tax background - Responsibility of managing own portfolio
