Job Description
Your new company You will be working with one of Northern Ireland's leading Chartered Accountancy and Business Advisory Practices. You will help to expand their Audit & Accounts team within their Belfast office. They are a forward thinking practice with a burgeoning client base, including some of Ireland's most progressive businesses, due to their reputation for delivering excellence. Your new role You will report to the Senior Management team and will be the on the ground lead for a number of the firm's clients, filling a pivotal role between the client and the practice. Assist with the management of client relationships/expectations and delivery of quality. Planning and completing a range of assignments, meeting reporting and completion deadlines. Assisting with the management, coaching & development of junior team members including reviewing their work, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Planning and project managing all aspects of audit engagements. Liaising with clients throughout the audit process. Preparation and presentation of management accounts to a range of clients across a range of sectors. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Accountant through ACA / ACCA / CIMA with demonstrable audit experience and a track record of delivering planning, fieldwork and completion stages of audit assignments. Produce quality audit files / accounts and work under pressure. A high level of technical knowledge on a range of audit and accounts preparation assignments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted and lasting relationships with clients. A proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
