Job Description
Your new company Well established Accountancy firm with a local office in the centre of Cardiff. Relaxed and informal, with a very commercial edge, it's a great grounding for someone looking to take on their own client portfolio and get a better understanding of how to develop client relationships and mentor juniors. Your new role You will be a general Practice Accountant, dealing with both accounts and tax preparation for a portfolio of local clients up to the audit threshold. You will also review the work of a Junior Accountant and be key in their development as they go through their ACCA exams. The role is very client facing, with responsibility for developing relationships and highlighting areas where the firm can add value. What you'll need to succeed You should be ACCA/ACA qualified with experience of working in a fast paced Practice environment. You should also be comfortable dealing face to face with clients and managing the end to end Accounts process What you'll get in return Good salary package, plenty of autonomy to manage your own portfolio and long term progression opportunities.
