Interim Tax reporting and compliance manager The Tax reporting and compliance manager reports to the UK Tax Director and, together with another team member, is responsible for UK direct tax compliance and UK tax reporting. Main responsibilities UK direct tax compliance: Preparation of tax provisions for accounts and disclosure notes for UK companies Preparation of tax returns for review for UK companies Group relief management Cash tax payment forecasting and management UK claims and elections Support for UK elements of projects (e.g. acquisitions) Group and UK reporting: Completion of UK tax packs for year end Preparation of overall UK review documents SOX controls Dealing with audit queries Pearson is an equal opportunities employer.
