Finance Business Partner - Selby - £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus + generous pension + benefits Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Selby based Plc during an exciting period of growth.They are looking to identify a high calibre Finance Business Partner to join their Finance Team, with a clear path of career progression for the right
candidate. Role: The role provides an excellent opportunity for a candidate to join a forward thinking organisation and will involve critically assessing new and existing practices. Duties will include: Daily and weekly reporting of key performance indicators Reporting into the Operations Director and regularly liaising with non-finance staff Liaise with key stakeholders to implement cost saving improvements Review analysis and the investigation of variances Input into the site weekly forecasting and annual budget cycle Suggesting and implementing process improvements and business plans Candidate: Nearly/Newly Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent) Advanced level of MS Excel Ability to communicate with various business stakeholders To apply for the position please use the link provided or contact Josh Watson via LinkedIn
