Currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a company North of Cambridge. The role is supporting Operational Management to ensure optimum job level financial performance, accurate reporting and understanding of how activity is reflected in financial

Main Responsibilities:
Optimise job level cash flows and forecasting accuracy Maximise accuracy of cost and WiP valuation Analyse WiP to minimise avoidable accumulation of WiP Own job level P&Ls Own Applications and Invoicing process Develop a comprehensive understanding of client billing and applications portals Develop an understanding of the cost of profiles of different jobs, in order to identify and advise on outlier performance Advise on cost profiles that need to be achieved in order to maximise profitability at a job level Benchmark contracts internally, and develop opportunities for external benchmarking Analyse labour productivity and cost effectiveness of different labour engagement channels
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have a passion for understanding the detail behind the headline, and able to rapidly drill down to a transaction level in support of the headline result.
