Finance Analyst Firefly HC have an exciting new opportunity to join a fast paced Healthcare company as a Finance Analyst on a permanent basis. Theye develop and manufacture leading-edge glucose monitoring systems and test strips for use in both home and hospital settings
worldwide. The role will join the UK Operations Finance team, based in Oxfordshire, supporting with manufacturing, R&D and Support Functions areas, as well as ad-hoc project activities as required. Key Responibilities Support financial and non-financial stakeholders in accounting activities Building relationships with the operational teams Own the budgeting, forecastic an modelling on both a structured and ad-hoc basis Analysis of Purchase Price Variance and Material usage variance Support the standard cost setting process by monitoring changes to the cost and informing Management of the impact Provision of monthly analysis of material usage variance to management Automate and simplify processes with the view to drive down inefficiencies Essential Attributes Qualified Accountant or Finalist (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) Sound experience of FP&A combined with strong analytics Excellent analytical and data review skills Working knowledge of SAP, TM1 and Oracle Excellent collaborator, with good communication skills (verbal and written) Enthusiastic and committed Ability to respond positively to a challenge
