all accounting activities with the support of a small finance team. You will have the opportunity to use your commercial experience to drive all of the financial operations of this award winning business. The company is a co ownership therefore as the company grows and profits increase, you will be eligible for shares, bonus
and dividends. This is a long term career move for you to position yourself as the Financial Lead in the vibrant, collaborative hard working company. Key duties include: Production of financial information to assist business profitability and growth, cash flow forecasting and proactive cash management Produce management accounts pack with commentary and present at monthly board meetings Liaison with the company's external accountants to promptly finalise the company's annual statutory accounts and corporation tax returns Design deliver and implement business forecasting, budget and planning activities Ensuring good financial practices and systems are in place and followed throughout the company and advise the business on all Finance issues that arise Preparation of VAT returns Working closely with all managers and team members at all levels to drive the resolution of business issues and formulate strategies for long term growth. This is a hybrid operational and strategic role, whereby no two days will be the same as you will be accountable for all financial and accounting activities in this commercial organisation.
