Profile Our client, a forward-thinking industry leader with over 20 years of field experience, is looking for a Trainee Accounting Assistant to join their team. Ideally from a University and is currently working towards the ACCA or CIMA. No experience is required, however, a keen interest in the accounting sector is essential. We would also consider candidates who are currently studying AAT. Our client is only looking for university graduates, please only apply if you are graduate or currently studying the AAT. Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparation of financial statements Accurate organisation and maintenance of financial records Processing of invoices and reconciliations VAT returns and other accounts Auditing Salary & Benefits The salary for the Assistant accountant is between £18,000 - £20,000 plus full study support (ACCA/CIMA), bonus and other benefits.
