Interim Finance Analyst

Interim Finance Manager Ignata Finance are recruiting an Interim Finance Analyst for a luxury retail brand with offices in Central London. There is the opportunity for this to go temp to perm. Responsibilities: Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, including payroll Managing financial department employees, including Management Accountant and Credit Controller, training and mentoring in best accounting practices Manage outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking and other financial needs as necessary Interpreting and analyse financial reports and market trends Provide insightful information and expectations to Senior Management and Directors to aid in long-term and short-term decision making Interpreting financial data and prepare data for monthly and annual reports Key Skills & Competencies Fluent Italian speaker Strong understanding of accounting & financial principles, processes and practices. Experience of preparing Management Accounts. Computer literate and highly proficient in the use of MS Excel. Attention to detail but also being able to see the "bigger picture". Excellent, cross-cultural, verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to set targets, motivate and inspire staff to achieve targets. Ability to prioritise responsibilities under pressure and be self-motivating Qualified accountant CIMA, ACCA, ACA Day rate: £200-300 Location: Central London
