Chef de partie required at The Crafty Hound,Lambeg,Lisburn
Hours: 30+ rota based
If you have passion for preparing and cooking quality food, in a high pace environment then this is the job for you.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Prepare & service food to a high standard.
Comply with Health & Safety and food safety regulation standards, knowledge of HACCAP, COSHH and IMS requirements.
Updating HACCP records
Any other reasonable duties made by head chef and management
Work in a high paced environment while plating up dishes to a high standard.
Working as part of a team.
If you have previous experience working as a Chef/cook in a similar environment, such as a high paced restaurant/café, have an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a customer focused environment then please apply by either dropping a cv in or email usat
