Group Finance Manager

Full Time - Permanent

Salary - £50,000 per annum

Location - Royal Wotton Bassett, Swindon, Wiltshire

Job Purpose

To manage the Finance function and support the Group Finance Director to deliver accurate and timely Company financial management information across the group. The role will be required to support the business at all levels and play an important part in the continued growth of the business.

Typical activities

* Month end close review for all global companies

* Global payroll management

* Approval of all balance sheet reconciliations

* Supplier payment sign off

* Risks and ops reporting

* Management and development of the team

* Cost allocations around the group

Skills set required:

Essential

* QBE/ACCA/ACA/CIMA

* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills

* Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders

* Must be highly self -motivated

* Must have high attention to detail and the ability to work accurately

* Can demonstrate and clearly articulate commercial acumen

* Excellent MS Excel skills

* Organised with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results

* Proficient at manipulating, summarising and interpreting large amounts of transactions

* Provides solutions to problems

* Must be a team player who is able to manage, inspire and influence others in order to achieve objectives

* Must be able to demonstrate a track record of strong people management

* Experience of developing and implementing processes, systems and controls.

* Able to work extended hours on occasions when required

Desirable

* Experience with Sun Systems including Vision Q&A

* Travel industry experience

* Experience of working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
