An exciting opportunity to join a large business in St Albans has been registered. The role is to suit someone that is newly qualified ACCA, AAT, CIMA or ACA that is looking for role where they will be responsible for month end processes, balance sheet and P&L integrity. This role reports in to the Financial Controller and will give exposure to how the large business environment works.
The company are based in St Albans, offer parking, and development within a busy and large accounts team with senior managers that are dedicated to get the best from the individuals within the team. As they have grown a number of individuals have moved to more senior roles internally.
Job Spec:
* Manage balance sheet entries
* Responsible for financial accounting entries
* Query resolution
* Manage P&L accounts
* Liaise with banks on interest matters
* Daily cash flow analysis
* Assist with some treasury work
Person spec:
* Some form of accounting qualification
* Month end reporting experience
* Commercially aware
* Systems and Excel experience to good level
