Stock & VAT Analyst (temporary assignment)

This role, Stock & VAT Analyst (temporary assignment), is an exciting new opportunity to work extensively with Stock and VAT within a UK Retail company.

The position is a pivotal role within the Finance team and involves supporting the key stakeholders through reporting and insightful analysis.

Client Details

Our client is a niche UK-wide Retail company who are fun and quirky. They are based in central London and are looking for a motivated and experienced VAT and stock Analyst to join their Finance team.

Description

The key responsibilities in this role, Stock & VAT Analyst (temporary assignment), include:

- Monthly stock and stock accrual reconciliations for all divisions

- Reporting of stock loss and wages

- Calculating and preparing stock journals for month end

- Analysing stock balances

- Preparing VAT calculations

- Ensuring timely filing of returns and payment of VAT

Profile

The successful candidate will:

1) have experience with Stock and VAT

2) have experience with Journals and reporting

3) be immediately available or on a maximum of one week's notice.
