Credit Controller

This is a position for a Credit Controller looking oget into a financial services organisation. The job will involve chasing and retrieving debt for an excellent organisation who offer their staff a 35 hour working week.

The client is a very successful financial services company based in Haywards Heath. The business offer a 35 hour working week and have extremely high satisfaction rate.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Building a rapport and liaising with clients regarding outstanding payments and agree a deadline in accordance with the time frames set

• Resolving queries and escalating with internal account managers and customers

• Working with other team members to form an efficient cohesive team

• Identifying and analysing root causes for delays in collection of debt

• Responsible for requesting restriction of services and decide whether to start legal action

• Reconciliations

• Providing support to the finance team

Profile

Successful Candidate:

• Experience within an Accounts Receivable department

• Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail

• Communicate with people at all levels both internally and externally

• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
