We are currently seeking experienced Management Accountants that are eager on progression and implementing real change within a large corporate business.

Client Details

Our client is a well established international business in Lewes who are seeking an experienced Management Accountant.

Description

Preparation of the company management accounts (monthly) and group (quarterly).

Responsible for maintaining balance sheet reconciliations including calculation and posting of prepayments, accruals and other adjusting journals.

Regular review of costs with a view to identification of possible savings measures.

Providing financial support to senior managers to assist them in making informed business decisions.

Assist the Finance Director in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasting.

To prepare the monthly management accounts including commentary and variance analysis.

Responsible for maintaining balance sheet reconciliations including calculation and posting of prepayments, accruals and other adjusting journals.

Monitoring operational and product costs.

Prepare margin and profitability analysis by product and region.

Report on sales order intake.

To provide advice and support in relation to budget management, including the annual budget setting process.

Assist the Finance team to proactively monitor processes and systems, recommend changes and help implement improvements.

To carry out any other duties as deemed necessary by the Finance Director.
