Our client is seeking a Trainee Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing Finance Team based near Kidlington.

Description
The Trainee Accounts Payable Clerk will have responsibilities including:
- Process all supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Deal with all supplier and internal queries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor accounts inbox
- Assist the Purchase Ledger Clerk to prepare payment runs for suppliers
- Reconcile supplier statements in a timely manner, following up missing invoices
Profile
The successful Trainee Accounts Payable Clerk will have strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
They could be looking to start their AAT or considering a career within Finance.
A candidate with no accounts experience will be considered.

Job Offer
The Trainee Accounts Payable Clerk will expect a salary between £15,000 and £18,000 plus a generous benefits package including private medical, and flexible working hours.
