Description

Key roles and responsibilities for this Management Accountant role include:

• Produce London management Information pack on a monthly basis, together with meaningful business analysis
• Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identification, calculation and analysis of accruals and prepayments
• Responsible for all inter company balances, including exchanges rates, and the preparation and checking of the Group consolidation and cash flow forecasts
• Oversee monthly payroll and liaise with HR Business Partner and external payroll provider to ensure all adjustments are correctly recorded
• Prepare and post all pension and payroll GL journals
• Preparation and submission of monthly pension reports and payments
• Oversee quarterly VAT submission
• Co-ordinates month end timetable, highlighting issues as they arise
• Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of information and reporting
• Prepares all year end audit information and manages process with external auditors
• Completes all statutory statistical submissions accurately, in a timely manner
• Uses data analysis to make suggestions on how to increase profitability, within the cultural context
• Supports in the mentoring and development of team members, sharing knowledge and experience
• Implements suitable processes and controls in order to manage risk.

Profile

The successful Management Accountant candidate will:

• Qualified or Finalist CIMA /ACCA
• Experience within the creative sector - advertising, media or design
• Have good experience in Management Accounts
