Our team supports Consumer Finance through data driven analyses and insights to optimise business performance and improve customer outcomes.

You will deliver customer centric and commercially focused insights to support in strategic decision making. We will rely on you to proactively identify opportunities, undertake the financial impact analysis and make recommendations to meet the strategic goals for the business. Finally, the team provides crucial reporting and self-serve capabilities to ensure the broader Consumer Finance teams can do independent analyses.

Do work that matters

• Your business acumen and technical knowhow will be the crucial bridge to bring the vision of our stakeholders to reality
• You will be accountable to work with both our business and technical stakeholders to understand and challenge their end goal, the approach and ensure the most optimal solution is implemented for new projects
• You will use your technical skills to monitor, fix and make minor adjustments to existing assets
• You will become the expert on sources of truth for the Consumer Finance business and get an in-depth understanding of the Consumer Finance data to ensure we use it efficiently, in a low risk manner and in accordance with broader policies

What will help you succeed in this role?

• You are confident developing reports and insights, test hypothesis, organise, and synthesize large amounts of data from various sources to drive value
• You are proficient in SQL and visualisation tools such as Tableau
• You are a team player with a positive outlook and a drive to challenge status-quo and drive better outcomes
• You have ability to independently perform technical & business analyses and assess the accuracy and suitability of outcomes
• Retail banking & unsecured lending knowledge will be highly regarded
