A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part time German speaking credit controller to join a a busy a finance department for a highly successful global retail business where you will assist with collecting outstanding payments and overall management for the German ledger.
Client Details
Our global client is a well established market leader within the retail industry and due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a German speaking credit controller on a part time basis
Description
The duties of the credit controller will include but not limited to:
- Overall management of the German ledger
- Proactively chasing overdue invoices
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Reconciliation and cash posting duties
- Resolving customer account and invoice disputes in a timely manner
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients
Profile
The successful candidate will :
- Have previous credit control experience - Essential
- Be fluent in German - Essential
- Have Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills - Essential
- Have strong IT and excel skills including VLookups and pivot tables - Essential
- Be Expereinced in managing own portfolio of clients - Essential
- Have reconciliation and cash posting experience - Essential
- Be a strong team player who can also prioritise own workload - Essential
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £23-25,000 pro rata, company pension, 22 days holiday, staff discount
