The team of business analysts is the driving element in fostering a culture of continuous development, quality improvement and risk reduction. By acting as the interface and facilitator between Banking Operations and IT development, the team translates business needs into complete and useful requirements for solution development. The team also coordinates back office activities in projects.

Your mission
- Be the interface in EMEA into Global Banking Operations and out of Global Banking Operations in projects
- Manage, monitor and steer expectations and activities towards projects (including capacity and planning)
- Define and drive the Banking Operations Automation & Innovation initiatives portfolio:
-> Identify, collect, understand, refine & challenge business lines need and propose ideas and initiatives
-> Run impact analysis, define business requirements and create business cases
- Help continuously improve the governance by ensuring solid and efficient procedures
What you need
- Banking business and operations knowledge
- Knowledge of analysis, design and problem-solving methods
- Innovation, project management and change management skills
- Result and customer orientation
- Very good communication skills
- Advanced German and English language skills

- Knowledge of a core banking system
- Specialization in the banking back office business
- Italian language skills
