We combine strategic thinking with hands on practicality, working alongside our clients to diagnose and solve their most critical Supply Chain challenges. Want to work with business leaders, and alongside some of the most creative thinkers in industry? Can you develop and deliver innovative and core technology solutions that transform the digital enterprise and maximise ROI? From strategy articulation and process design to technology enablement, we work together to simplify the complex; creating tangible value for our clients.

Your role
You will become a leader within our highly skilled Supply Chain team, working within a wider group of Operations professionals of different nationalities and disciplines. You will be working with clients at leading international companies across a range of industries to deliver high profile, impactful, interesting and engaging Supply Chain Planning projects.

You will be developing and implementing best-in class operational strategies whilst building your own skills and knowledge. To do this, you will be working with an array of different stakeholders - from leading strategic visioning sessions with senior client executives to deploying execution level changes on the shop floor.

Whilst fulfilling your own career and personal growth ambitions, you will be simultaneously contributing to practice development, refining our industry-leading approaches to maintain our cutting edge. This could also be through leading pieces of thought leadership and developing new propositions as well as taking opportunities to lead the development and management of our team. You will be accountable for contribution to our sales and project pipeline by originating and leading the development of sales proposals or pitches, while also developing and managing senior client relationships.

Responsibilities:
•Building and sustaining client relationships whilst identifying, leading and landing potential sales opportunities;
•Oversight of the delivery of multi-work stream supply chain planning programmes. This will involve leading engagements which combine simultaneous process changes, technology implementations and associated organisational transitions and providing technical support;
•Bringing the expertise necessary in supply chain planning to provide leadership and coaching of the team whilst broadening and enhancing our internal capabilities;
•Development of thought leadership, represent supply chain planning expertise at forums and creating external eminence for Deloitte.
•Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
