Fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a continuously growing Reinsurance firm.
Client Details
Providing terrorism insurance to insurers to enable them to transfer their risk to them, and so help them in their ability to withstand the financial burden when a large or unusual event occurs.
Description
Processing of purchase invoices - including coding invoices, obtaining authorisations and ledger postings.
Processing of employee expense reimbursement, corporate credit cards and petty cash.
Monitoring and resolving issues with suppliers.
Preparation of invoice and expense payment runs.
Assisting with day to day banking, including setting up payments/transfers and obtaining authorisations.
Preparation of bank reconciliations
Processing and recording premium receipts.
