The Consumer Finance Pricing, Analytics and Modelling team supports the broader Consumer Finance Team which consists of Personal Lending, Credit Cards, Quality & Controls and Credit Risk businesses in managing and optimising the Consumer Finance data and information environment.

Do work that matters

Reporting initially to the General Manager Pricing, Analytics and Modelling, and working closely with the Consumer Finance Quality and Controls team, you will support the Consumer Finance business units in maintaining a robust governance and controls environment. On any given day you will:

• Identify and document operating procedures across the whole product lifecycle (Credit Card, PL, POD);
• Identify and conduct a gap analysis on controls related to the processes;
• Create and uplift controls to ensure best practice and effective risk management;
• Operate and execute a number of control activities to ensure we are effectively managing risk;
• Track and report on the progress of key risk framework deliverables;
• Drive the risks and controls culture across our business stakeholders.

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess:

• Experience in Operational Risk, Compliance or Audit within Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Retail Banking;
• Knowledge of Controls in the context of Retail Banking;
• Strong Commercial Acumen and proven experience in managing senior stakeholders;
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, with solid organisational, planning and time management skills
