Qualifications:
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Preferred had at least one year working experience in a banking/financial institution or 2 years working experience in funding team in property industry.
Personal skills:
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Highly motivated and self-driven.
- Able to work under pressure.
Job responsibilities included:
- Actively engaged in leading the funding function for group (including relationship management with all financial channels of consumer loan/KPA, onshore/offshore bank loans, and trade financing).
- Contribute to fund plan decision making to achieve group business objective.
- Able to manage weekly and monthly funding management plan and report.
- Able to do financial forecasting.
- Evaluate the new financial products and regulatory interactions (OJK, Bank Indonesia, etc) and its impact to business.
