The Finance Business Partner with provide financial support, advice and analysis for the Management Team to support key business decisions within the business's most profitable division. You will also prepare the divisions Management Accounts and ensure the accuracy of the financial information.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing financial support and guidance for the Division
- Business Partner with the Management Team to support key business decisions and highlight areas of interest
- In-depth analysis and interpretation of financial information
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Ongoing systems and process improvements
Profile
- Newly qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Ideally Practice trained
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners
- Confidence to communicate with senior members of the business
- A commercial mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong attention to detail
- Ambitious and keen to learn and develop
Job Offer
