Work you’ll do:

  • Help our clients achieve their governance and risk management objectives leveraging your business, information systems and technology audit skills.
  • Identify and evaluate business and technology risks, internal controls, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong client facing relationships through active communication in order to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction and perform a broader commercial role within Deloitte.
  • Execute challenging and diversified assurance & advisory projects at large (e.g. Bel20) companies, as well as SME’s. Next to that, you will be working in different industries such as financial services, technology, telecom and others.
  • Perform in-depth assessments and related advisory to provide ISAE, SOC reports or similar, covering business processes, applications and technology infrastructure for our clients together with your team.
  • Evaluate and report on controls over the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, or privacy over information and systems across an entire entity or its subsidiaries.
  • Providing advice together with your team to senior client staff (CxO, Senior Risk/Security officers …) on topics such as risk, audit, continuity, governance, quality, sourcing, analytics, and more. Your goal is to enhance our client’s business value and effectiveness.

Your Profile

  • Your experience in risk and advisory projects is a plus;
  • You have a strong academic background. Certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, CISA, Prince2, CIA, etc. are a plus;
  • Your experience in testing controls in accordance with ISAE3402/SSAE18, and third party vendor requirements is a plus;
  • You have an analytical mindset, can work independently and can handle multiple projects with tight timelines simultaneously;
  • Your experience in financial services industry (banking, insurance, payments, fintechs, etc) are a plus.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to deliver top quality service to clients. You are able to build an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices.
  • You have proven analytical skills and the ability to tackle problems systematically to determine causes and produce effective solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French
