12 month fixed term contract role based in Exeter. This would be a great opportunity for a part qualified management accountant.
Client Details
Our client is a well known business with a network of offices across the UK.
Description
The Management Accountant will be responsible for;
- Preparation and submission of monthly management accounts for internal and group reporting purposes, working to reporting deadlines
- Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed on a timely basis
- Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting including Customs & Excise, Central Statistics and other government regulatory bodies
- Annual preparation of statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
- Provision of management information and analysis in response to specific requests
- Operation of all aspects of main computer system including month end routines identification and resolving of operational problems dealing with external software and hardware support
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally be studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification and will have experience as a management accountant.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £30,000 is on offer to the successful candidate
