TheCorporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Finance and Business Management(F&BM) group provides financial advice to support the CIB's businessstrategy and helps to ensure a sound control environment. Within F&BM, thefour major areas of responsibility are: Business-aligned BMs (BusinessManagers), the CIB Controller, Support Staff CFO, and Planning and Analysis.

As a member of the RelationshipManagement Professional ("RMP") team, your goal will be to assist the GlobalInvestment Banking coverage teams focusing on deal support, by providingconsistent, high quality client service. The position will evolve to increasedresponsibility if warranted.

Assistthe IB industry coverage teams including but not limited to:

  • Act as a liaisonwith the IB deal team, client and other business partners
  • Responsible forensuring assigned coverage industry is kept current with all aspects of firmrequired Know Your Customer "KYC" due diligence, Anti-Money Launderingcompliance and Media screening
  • Partner with theWholesale Client On-boarding "WCOB" and Compliance teams to assessdocumentation requirements for new client legal entity on-boarding and newbusiness implementation
  • Coordinate withcoverage and product bankers in region to meet local or product specific KYCand AML related inquiries.
  • Provide supportin transaction execution, deal lifecycle management and controls
  • Identifyopportunities to streamline processes and create efficiencies
  • Share bestpractices among the team and promote best practices across the firm
  • Otherresponsibilities can be assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of prior work experience preferred with a background in sales/client service and project management a plus
  • Comfortable dealing with clients/senior executives on a regular or ad hoc basis
  • Proven ability to build and develop relationships
  • Highly self-motivated to work independently and on broad based teams that cross Lines of Business
  • Broad corporate finance product knowledge, strong business acumen and understanding of banking processes
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Ability and drive to take full ownership of processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong decision making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution
  • Deliver results in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
