Accounts Payable

The company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience to cover Maternity Leave contract for a 7 month period.

The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for:

• End to end accounts payable invoice processing
• Assist with all communication to business regarding Accounts Payable
• Process invoices for key suppliers
• Support internal stakeholders with queries related to expense management
• Attending to Ad Hoc payment requests
• Bank Reconciliations
• Credit Card Reconciliations
• Assist with month end

The right person will have:

• 3 + years accounts payable experience
• Navision system essential & Intermediate Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
