Deloitte Tax and Legal Management Trainee Program

This is a 24-month structured program for fresh graduates to expose to a wide range of Deloitte professional services line.


Work you'll do

• Gain exposure in Tax and Legal practices through job rotations which provide a broad experience to kick-start the career you want within the Professional Services Industry
• Rotation: 4 rotations of 24 months in Tax and Legal
• Be given a hands-on role from the start of the program working alongside some of the most talented people within the departments
• Be involved in designing and executing strategy in business operational management
• Experience holistic learning to support your personal and professional development
• Have opportunities to participate in various business development and pitching activities for the practice
• Receive support from a direct mentor to provide you with guidance and frequent constructive feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or Second Class Upper or equivalent
• Not more than one year of working experience
• Held leadership position in co-curricular activities
• Strong team player with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt and cope in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
• Outstanding problem-solving skills that include analytical and reasoning abilities
