The Central Projections Team (CPT) is part of the Capital and Resolution Planning function at Credit Suisse. As a member of CPT, you will support the execution of Credit Suisse’s financial and capital projections processes for regulatory programs including the Federal Reserve Board’s (FRB) Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority’s (FINMA) Loss Potential Analysis (LPA) . You will partner with Finance, Risk, COO, and Front Office subject matter experts to drive delivery of supervisory reporting requirements. Your main responsibilities will include the below as it relates to financial projections:

  • Support collection, analysis, and reporting of projections for quality assurance, governance (e.g. review and challenge), and regulatory submissions
  • Support putting together presentation materials for senior management and regulatory bodies; for example, FRB and FINMA
  • Support and monitor model and methodology development and inventory, coding and execution, and tracking and governance (e.g. Overlay Committee)
  • Support in developing processes and documentation around remediating internal and external audit-related findings and lessons learned
  • Support in drafting process flows and documenting controls
  • Support writing CCAR and LPA narratives, and project management of the team’s delivery of documentation.

Provide analytical support on a variety of business initiatives and/or ad hoc analyses required by senior management and regulators

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics plus 2-4 years of experience in financial Management Reporting or Financial Planning and Analysis roles.
  • Basic understanding of accounting, finance and database concepts
  • Familiarity with financial reporting systems, business and account hierarchies.
  • A solid analytical, logical, and numerical mindset; ability to analyze specific business problems and propose tenable solutions.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, writing, and communication skills.
  • Possess a can-do, collaborative, and positive attitude with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
