My Client are a luxury world renowned jewellery company, that are a household name throughout the world. You will be based out of their Central London office.

Description

The Transnational Finance Manager's key responsibilities will be:

• Manage a team of 4 Accounts Payable
• Manage a team of 4 Account Receivable
• Manage the team of 8 that cover the EMEA
• EMEAResponsible for the on-boarding of new members
• Process development and improvement
• Team well being and training
• Annual team reviews
• Deal with queries raised by the team and team leader
• Reporting and analysis of process
• Building relationships with stakeholders throughout the business
• Reporting directly into Finance Controller
• Analysis and reporting of team's KPI's

Profile

The successful Transnational Finance Manager will have:

• Experience in managing a team of 8 or more before
• Transnational management experience (required)
• Experience working within finance in retail
• Strong leader
• Proven track record in process improvement and management
• Experience using JD Edwards
• Experience working in shared service environment
• Finance degree
• Studying ACCA and CIMA (QBE also)
