Our client is looking for a motivated qualified accountant, with a number of years experience to join their Finance Department in support of some internal changes.

Our client is an NHS provider who specialise in a number of areas of care. They cover the whole of Northamptonshire as well as branching out into the wider community.

Description

• Responsible for the completion of monthly financial monitoring returns
• Responsible for co-ordination of the Statutory Accounts from closure of the financial ledgers
• Preparation of working papers, with specific focus on those relating to the Trust's Statement of Financial Position
• Responsible for the preparation of daily cashflow
• To ensure accurate treasury information is available to Senior Managers and provide technical advice within the Financial Services Department
• Identifying financial risks and ensuring these are reviewed regularly
• To participate in personal objective setting and review, including the creation of a personal development plan and the Trust's appraisal process.
