描述/职责 / Job Description&Responsibilities:
1. 工厂成本控制，预算与成本中心管理，成本分配方案制作，异常状况分析（实际与预算的差距分析），持续改善成果进度追踪，成本降低分与效率分析
Plant controlling and costing; budget/cost centers control , cost allocation schemes, variance analysis (actual vs. budget/standards), tracking results and progress on continuous improvement, cost reduction and efficiency analysis
2. 协助销售制作新产品报价，集团新投资分析
Support Sales on new product quotation, new investment analysis
3. 年度预算管理
Annual budgeting
4. 产品成本分析，小时费率与管理费率核算，材料管控，报废分析，产品成本分析
product costing: calculation of hourly rates and overhead rates, control material use, scrap analysis, and product costing analysis
5. 维护关注ERP系统成本模块
maintaining and taking care of the cost modules in ERP ( Sunlike )
6. 与成本中心负责人加强合作，核算成本
Strengthening cooperation with cost center owners on cost issues
7. 与集团财务紧密配合，协调国内与欧洲财务核算体系
further alignment with Neutirk group cost accounting system in a European context
8. 应付款相关事宜
A/P related issues
9. 部门领导指派的其他相关任务
other tasks assigned by Dept. leader

岗位能力要求 /Capability Requirements:
1. 30周岁及以上，财会类类大专学历及以上； 30 years or above, accounting related college;
2. 精通制造业财务控制 Proficient knowledge and experence in finance and control in manufacturing industry;
3. 优异的工作业绩 Good work performance;
4. 中英文听说读写能力 Language skill both in english and manderine;
5. 优秀的领导力, 并善于领导团队协作 Strong leadership and know how to drive team work
