Field of activity
Our product and service portfolio includes the listing, trading and lifecycle management of securities under recognized rules in markets tailored to market participants' requirements. We develop innovative pre-IPO markets and build solutions for growth in the Cash Market.

Today regulation strongly shapes the development of financial markets. The Regulatory Business Analyst is responsible for analysis/optimization of existing processes and the design of new processes tailored to regulatory requirements. He/She successfully achieves these goals by being the central interface between subject matter experts, regulation and developers. Strong analytical and communication skills come natural to the qualified candidate who embraces the depths of MiFID2/MiFIR Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS).

Tasks/responsibilities
  • Business Process-Analysis, -Optimization and -Design
  • Writing Functional Specifications, creation of Workflow graphs
  • Planning, Execution and Documentation of Business Acceptance tests in close alignment with the respective business units
  • First line of defence for incoming business requirements
  • End-to-end responsible for implementation of new business requirements from scoping to production


Qualifications/required skills
  • University degree and/or a comparable education
  • Minimum 5 years experience in functional business analysis
  • Detailed knowledge about MiFID2/MiFIR regulatory technical standards (RTS)
  • Experience in business process design and technical writing
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset
