Part Time Financial Controller for ex-auditor

Financial Controller, leading a team of 6 in finance and business partnering with a number of teams within this rapidly growing company.

The client is a rapidly growing manufacturing company with clients ranging from FTSE 100 companies to less than 10 million turnover companies. The finance team is young, vibrant and energetic. The client has recently increase headcount by 10% and are looking to make a number of acquisitions with the help of new private equity backers.

Description

You will be leading the finance team reporting only to the Managing director.

You will be implementing new systems to improve efficiency.

You will be reviewing the statutory accounts.

You will be leading a team of 4 qualified accountants and 2 part-qualified accountants.

You will have excellent standings within the company.

You will prepare monthly Forecasts, Annual Budget and 5 year strategy.

You will lead the process implementation.

You will implement detailed management reports.

You will business partner with the Commercial Director and their team of Sales Managers to install a financial discipline for all commercial deals underpinned by financial models.

You will present accounts to senior stakeholders.

Profile

Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA.

Proven ability to drive growth and commercial thinking.

Hands on management style/attitude.

Strong commercial and analytical skills.

Attribute such as innovative, determined and ambition.
