Bookkeeper

The client are a fine arts and picture distributor. They are based in South West London (Chelsea) and they are one of the biggest publishers of Fine Art in the world. the were established over 100 years ago, and they're now looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team.

They have been open for over 100 years and are an industry leader. They have a lovely family office, with a great company culture and they are looking for someone to join the team as a Bookkeeper.

Description

The successful Bookkeeper will be:

• Regular bank entries
• End-to-end management of the Sales and Purchase ledgers
• Bank reconciliations
• Bi-monthly payment runs
• Payroll
• Monthly sales reporting
• Preparation of the monthly Management Accounts
• P&L analysis and preparation
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accruals and Prepayments
• VAT returns

Profile

The successful Bookkeeper will:

• Have 3-5 years experience in a Bookkeeper role
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have previous experience managing the Sales and Purchase Ledgers
• Be comfortable liaising with senior executives within the business
• Have good Excel skills

• £35,000 - £40,000
