Do work that matters:
Your role as a Performance Reporting Manager will see you working closely with the Senior Manager to support the CFO and Group Executive within the Wealth Management (WM) business. This is a full function finance role, where you will prepare, analyse and report on our financial position against plans, forecasts and prior year, providing key insights to management to support strategically aligned decision making.
Key duties will include:
- Producing monthly WM performance reports with supporting information / commentary as required.
- Detailed analysis of WM actuals vs budget for the month, identifying variances and liaising with divisional finance teams to provide context or explanations.
- Working with the team on quarter end, half year end and annual profit announcements / packs for WM results to external investors and Analysts.
- Partnering with Group Finance teams and keep abreast of all the changes relating to performance reporting initiated by the broader team.
- Preparing and uploading monthly flash / dashboard reporting for the CBA Group & Wealth Management Leadership Team.
- Responding to ad hoc requests from the business.

We support the senior leadership team to manage and grow the business, which is currently the largest in Australia with over $200 billion in assets globally.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- Full CA/CPA/ACCA status.
- Hands on accounting experience, gained in a chartered, commercial or financial services environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills e.g. vlookups, pivot tables.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
