Accountant Solutions Manager - Accountancy Practice - St Albans
AJ Chambers are currently working alongside a well-established and progressing firm of accountants, based within St Albans, who are seeking an Accounting Solutions Manager.
Our client has been established for over 50 years and provides a truly excellent professional service that is tailored to meet requirement needs. This firm offers excellent opportunity to progress and develop within the company.
Applicants must be a minimum of ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent by experience.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage a team as well as managing their own portfolio of clients.
You will be working with a range of clients from all fields of business, industry, the professional arts including large corporates, international bodies, privately owned business's of every size, partnerships, sole traders and self-employed.
You will be heavily involved with assisting and developing compliance procedures whilst participating with networking events and marketing activities.
You will be taking responsibility of training programs for department accountants, trainee's and AAT apprentices.
As well as the above you will also have a hand in looking to take the firm to the next level with being active within the recruitment process of new staff.
