Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll, including collating documents and entering timely and accurate information onto the database, spreadsheets and files
- Processing all changes to the Payroll (new starters, leavers, pay and benefits changes)
- Updating time and attendance system
- Employee benefits administration including applications and changes
- Experience of working within a HR / Office administration environment
- Experience of effectively managing own workload to meet deadlines, using initiative when required
- Undertaking accurate fortnightly & monthly payroll reports
- Undertake checks to verify accuracy of payroll data to minimise errors and comply with all statutory requirements.
- Assist in answering employee queries
