A London-based family office performing asset and property management of a medium London and international real estate portfolio is looking to recruit a Russian-speaking qualified chartered accountant. The role includes full-scale accounting, tax and controlling functions extended to performing additional corporate work and project reporting duties related to the company’s business activities.
You will be a part of a small dynamic professional team working with the leading industry advisers and consultants. You will enjoy continued professional growth while undertaking variety of tasks.
The successful Senior Accountant would be responsible for:
Statutory accounts and audit for the group of companies
VAT returns, tax computation review, tax structuring and risks assessment
Processing of payments
Cash Flow budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Budget control for the companies/projects
Management reporting for the companies/projects
Renew accounting procedures and systems with the view to improve them
Review of the latest developments in Accounting and changes in Tax legislation
Corporate support to Managing Director
The successful Senior Accountant would be/have:
Fully or Partially qualified (ACCA)
Knowledge of statutory accountancy, VAT, tax returns and work with auditors
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Fluent English and Russian
Confident Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent time-management and ability to multi-tasking
Experience within an accountancy practice is an advantage
