Work you'll do

Indonesia Learning Group (ID Learning) is responsible for ensuring Deloitte Indonesia has roll-out the mandatory learnings required by the Deloitte Global, SEA and business lines to ensure our people has necessary knowledge at their level, in their career journey and enriching their talent experiences with Deloitte.

We are seeking a manager to join our team. The candidate will team and work closely with ID Audit Talent Partner, ID Audit Learning Senior Manager and ID Learning Representatives and will have frequent interactions with our other client facing professionals within Deloitte Indonesia. 

As a key member of the ID Learning Group, the individual would be responsible
for the following principal activities:

• Facilitate trainings both leadership skills and technical skills for audit professionals.
• Manage and monitor completions of learning curriculum for audit professional for compliance to Firm policy.
• Report to audit talent leader and Learning Senior manager for all learning matters.
• Prepare learning schedules for audit function, monitor and obtain feedback from training participants.
• Maintain accurate records in regards to attendance, curriculum and learning feedback following the Firm policies.
• Coordinate with Deloitte Global Learnings and Deloitte SEA Learnings for learning curriculum and other learning matters.

Requirements:

• Experienced as an Audit manager with at least 5 years audit experience in public accounting firm, preferably from big 4 accounting firm.
• Experienced in facilitating and roll out of both internal and external trainings.
• Previous job as learning facilitator in accounting firm is an advantage.
• Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or other business related field and/or equivalent professional qualification. 
• Accounting and auditing knowledge is a must.
• Has passion in learning and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver trainings and lessons clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrate commitment to the development of our people and understanding of best teaching and learning practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English.
• Proven experience in leadership and team management skills.
• Proactive, enthusiast and initiative.
