My client a financial services company based in Parramatta are looking for a junior Collections Officer to join the team.

They value attitude over experience and you will get awesome training. If you're currently working in industries such as hospitality, retail or sales and looking for a new challenge, i would love to hear from you.

This role would suit someone who has an excellent work ethic, is young and hungry to learn with a positive working attitude.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Main resposibilities:

  • Collections calls
  • Account queries
  • Setting up payment plans
  • Dealing with escalated accounts
  • Maintain customer files
  • Prepare statements
