Business Analyst,Digital Office(001341)

Position Summary Statement

Herbalife Nutrition China is seeking a Business Analyst to join the digital office. The Business Analyst is responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. This position works closely with the product owner, business functions, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for product demand collection and research, demand analysis, and converting original requirements into PRD to meet the needs of internal teams and service providers
- Create flowcharts and/or detailed descriptions based on PRD, describe functions and processes, and write user stories and requirement specifications for designers and technical staffs
- Responsible for tracking project progress, cross-department resource coordination, demand change control, demand baseline management, and other demand improvement work
- Responsible for the product lifecycle, including requirements, testing, go live, and maintenance, and collect, analyze, and coordinate daily system problems
- Communicate with users and departments to achieve agreement on demand goals

任职资格:
- At least 3 years of total experience
- At least 1 years of experience in demand analysis
- Proficient in at least two modeling tools such as Power Designer, Visio, EA, Rose, etc.
- Prefer experience in software development and application software system programming of large-scale industry
- Strong business model analysis ability. Clear and agile thinking. Strong logical analysis skill
- Strong teamwork and communicational skills. Be able to identify and guide customer needs
- Possess passion, good observational, analytical and creative skills. Rigorous thinking ability. Be good at discovering and understanding business needs
- Excellent writing and verbal ability in both Chinese and English
- Experience in direct selling or health care products industry is preferred
